FAQ
Do you fabricate the signs?
Wayform is the design studio of a Florida architectural sign company that has fabricated and installed signage since 1983. You can hire us for design only; it's quoted as its own fixed fee. When you're ready to build, the same team can price fabrication and installation, so the people who designed the signs see them through to the wall.
When should we bring you in?
Ideally at design development, once room names and door numbers are stable. Signage is usually on the CO checklist, so starting 6–9 months before CO avoids rush fabrication premiums.
Can you work from our architect's Revit or CAD set?
Yes. We mark up sign locations on your current set and return location plans that track with your sheet numbering.
Do you work outside Florida?
Yes. Florida is home, and we design to the ADA Standards plus the accessibility code your AHJ has adopted anywhere in the US.
How is the fee set?
It's a fixed fee based on how many sign types and how many locations your project has, quoted within 48 hours of receiving your plans. The Package Scoper above gives you a sense of the scope.
